Convenience Store Communication Guide

(7-11 or FamilyMart)

Checklist

STEP 01

✅Already placed an order on the website

✅No prohibited items

✅Items are already packed in a box or suitcase (plastic bags cannot be shipped)

STEP 02

Label each piece of luggage

Write your full name (in Chinese and English pinyin) and order number

Make sure to also label your luggage (using a sticker, name tag, etc.

Contact customer service via WhatsApp or LINE

STEP 03

Take a photo of your luggage and send it to customer service

STEP 04

Go to a convenience store and get an orange Yamato shipping slip

One slip is required per box.

(For example, if you have 3 boxes, you need 3 orange slips.)

To Oversea

STEP 06

Hand the luggage along with the shipping slip to the convenience store staff

No payment is required at the convenience store.

 

Note:
When calculating the final shipping fee, our company will charge an additional fee of USD XX per piece of luggage.
In addition to using the convenience store for shipping, you may also choose other methods to send your luggage to the above address, such as:

  • Using the post office

  • Delivering it yourself

  • Asking a friend to deliver it, etc.

Take a photo of your shipping slip and send it to customer service.
