Regulations on export to Canada
When you send your luggage to Canada, Please check the following transport, and the regulations on import and export. Although we pay close attention to the accuracy of the information, the laws and regulations of each country and region are subject to change. Please be sure to check the import regulations of each country before using.

Items that cannot be delivered to Canada
Food and beverages (incl. alcoholic drinks)
・We do not accept shipping orders for food products and alcoholic beverages that require application or approval in advance.
・ We cannot import tea.
・ We cannot import artificial butter.
・ For food products, the final use of the product must be clearly stated in the customs declaration (personal use, etc).
・ If the amount exceeds that considered as for personal use, a special export certificate and import certificate by the end user are required.
・ We cannot import meat.
・ We cannot import alcoholic beverages.
Cosmetics

・Cosmetics (foundation, mascara, lipstick, etc.) require prior application and permission and are not accepted for shipment.
Pharmaceuticals and hygiene products


・We do not offer shipping for pharmaceuticals.
Electrical Appliances


・There are restrictions for products containing lithium batteries, regarding the type (lithium ion, lithium metal) and quantity (max. 2 per package).
Chemical products (detergents, liquids, cosmetics, etc.)

・An SDS may be required for chemical products (detergents, liquids, cosmetics, etc.)
Leather and brand goods

• A quarantine inspection certificate may be required for leather goods.
Precious stones and metals

・We do not offer shipping for high value items or accessories which include precious metals, etc.

**Notice**
To ensure the integrity of your suitcase, we will wrap it with three layers of bubble wrap for extra protection. The final shipping cost will be calculated based on the total dimensions after packaging.

If you require special reinforcement for your items, please consult customer service in advance. For example, disassembling and individually packaging car parts.

Special Dimensions
If you need to ship oversized items such as fishing rods, ski boards, or rice cookers, we will reinforce the packaging as needed. Additional charges may apply. Please consult customer service beforehand.
Returns & Exchanges
If a shipment is returned, exchanged, or switched to another logistics service due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, plus a handling fee of USD 25 per item. To avoid such issues, please carefully read the User Guide before shipping.
Declared Value & Insurance
Without declared value protection, the maximum compensation for damages is USD 100. Customers may choose to insure their shipment. Insurance fees vary with exchange rates, with an estimated cost of USD 4 for coverage up to JPY 100,000. (For details, see Declared Value Insurance).
Lost Item Retrieval Service
If you need assistance in retrieving lost items from locations such as a police station or a lost-and-found center, we can arrange a retrieval service. However, since lost items must be collected in person or by an authorized representative and cannot be sent via courier, we charge a USD 130service fee. (Available only within Tokyo and Osaka).
A surcharge of USD 10 per item (box) applies for shipments sent via convenience stores.

Payment Confirmation
Within 2-3 working days after collection, you will receive a customs declaration confirmation. Payment can be made in USD/KRW/CNY using a credit card or other payment methods.

After payment confirmation, your luggage will be shipped. Simply relax at home and wait for delivery!
