Christmas & New Year Holiday Arrangements
Please note that the warehouse will be closed from December 27, 2025 to January 4, 2026. During this period, pickup services can still be arranged, but shipments will not be dispatched.
For items collected on December 21 or later, packing and shipment will be arranged in sequence starting from January 5 ,2026 at the earliest.
For remote areas, the order cut-off date may be earlier.

Due to changes in U.S. tariffs and regulations, eBackHome will suspend all shipping services from Japan to the United States, including mail, parcels, and other goods, effective immediately until further notice.

eBackHome × SAGAWA Express × SF Express Join Forces
Starting from August 1, 2025, eBackHome x SAGAWA x SF International will join hands to launch a new direct luggage delivery service from Japan to overseas.
The service will first be available at multiple Sagawa Express parcel counters, with plans to expand to hotels, tourist attractions, shopping districts, golf courses, and other locations — creating a more flexible and diverse cross-border shipping solution.

We have reached an agreement with Japan Post, and after processing in our warehouse, your order will be delivered to your doorstep by Japan Post.

Your luggage will first be sent to the warehouse in Japan for packaging.
Once the package is processed, it will be directly shipped by Japan Post, with full tracking from Japan to overseas.
You can check the logistics progress of your package at any time through Japan Post website, app, or customer service.
