Prohibited Items

Regulations on export to Thailand

When you send your luggage to Thailand, Please check the following transport, and the regulations on import and export. Although we pay close attention to the accuracy of the information, the laws and regulations of each country and region are subject to change. Please be sure to check the import regulations of each country before using.

  Items that cannot be delivered to Thailand  

Food and beverages (incl. alcoholic drinks)

We cannot accept requests for shipping food products, supplements, or alcohol.

・Rice products, other than cooked rice processed by boiling or frying or processed rice products, may not be imported
・Meat may not be imported

Cosmetics

・There are quantity limits based on the estimated limit for personal use.

(HSA approval is required to import cosmetics. However, the HSA allows import for personal use when within common sense quantities for personal use.)

Pharmaceuticals and hygiene products

・We cannot accept requests for shipping contact lenses.
・We do not offer shipping for pharmaceuticals.
・The FDA exemption process and formal reports are required for masks even if they are for personal use, so import authorization will take time. (not accepted for shipment)

Electrical Appliances

・We cannot accept requests for shipping used products.
・A license is required with products with wireless functionality.

Chemical products (detergents, liquids, cosmetics, etc.)

・An SDS may be required for chemical products (detergents, liquids, cosmetics, etc.)
・The FDA exemption process and formal reports are required for masks even if they are for personal use, so import authorization will take time. (not accepted for shipment)

Leather and brand goods

・A quarantine inspection certificate may be required for leather goods.

Precious stones and metals

・We cannot accept requests for shipping valuables and accessories containing precious metals.

Other goods

・N/A

Other products of note

Effective 1 January 2026, all goods imported into Thailand with a value of 1 Baht or more will be subject to import duty and 7% VAT. This replaces the previous exemption for low-value goods between 1 and 1,500 Baht.
