Check
A. Choose your "Service" (Options on homepage)
B. Check and confirm "Prohibited Goods"
C. Check the "Price"
D. Drop Off Method - Depending on service type - How you would like to send your package (hotel pickup, Sagawa service point, or convenience store drop-off).
STEP 02
Place an Order
A. Click "Order Now"
B. Order no. will be sent to registered email.

Contact Customer Service via WhatsApp/Facebook/Email

STEP 03
A. Sent your order number and customer service will confirm the reservation.
B. Please fill in the item list that customer service sends for mandatory custom checks.
❗❗ If the item is for personal use, please indicate (Used Personal Items) next to it.
Minimum Value: 100yen

Package Drop Off

Attach the shipping label to your luggage and leave it at the hotel front desk/ SAGAWA service point/convenience store.
*For apartments or guesthouses without a front desk, please drop off your luggage at SAGAWA service point or convenience store

Payment Confirmation
A. Package arrives in the warehouse and finished measurement checks,
B. Payment link will be sent after finished measurement checks. Payment can be made in USD/KRW using a credit card.

Receive Your Luggage
After payment confirmation, your luggage will be shipped out after 2-3 working days. Simply relax at home and wait for delivery!
