Shipping via Convenience Store

If you are staying at a place without Front Desk service, such as a guesthouse or similar, it is recommended to use the convenience store shipping service.

Of course, if you are familiar with Japanese and prefer other methods (like using the post office), you can also ship directly to our warehouse.

Cartons, suitcases, backpacks, etc., are acceptable for shipping, but loose paper bags, plastic bags, etc., are not. Please pack your items into a box before pickup, otherwise, they will be rejected.

Shipping from Japan by air may have certain restrictions, such as prohibited items.

Sending luggage through a convenience store

1. You can use the home delivery service at convenience stores (7-11 or Family Mart) to send your luggage to our warehouse.

2. At the convenience store, you do not need to pay any fees. You only need to fill out the delivery form at the store and request a "着払" (freight collect) delivery slip from the staff.

3. When calculating the final shipping cost, we will charge an additional fee of USD XX per item.

5. After you hand over your luggage to the convenience store, please take a photo of the delivery slip and send it to customer service.
