Hotel Door-to-Door Pickup
If you are staying at a hotel with a front desk service during your Japan trip, you can arrange for a door-to-door pickup from the hotel and have your luggage sent back home.
However, if you are staying at a place without front desk service, such as an Airbnb, please use the convenience store drop-off service.

Boxes, suitcases, backpacks, etc., can be sent, but loose paper bags, plastic bags, etc., are not accepted for shipping.

Please pack your items in a box or travel bag before pickup; otherwise,
they will be refused. -
The courier will not provide boxes during the pickup, so you need to prepare them beforehand.
