How the Service Works

1. Confirm Your Lost Item
Contact the hotel in Japan where the item was lost.
2. Submit an Order
Complete the online request form with your contact details, item information, and overseas delivery address. Please type "Lost Item" on the "Luggage Size and Quantity" column.
For example: Laptop, 30x20x3cm (Lost Item)
3. Share Your Order Number
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with a order reception number.
Provide the order number and your full name to the hotel front desk.
4. Item Sent to Our Warehouse
The hotel will pack the item and we will order courier pick up to the hotel to retrieve the package.
5. Pay & Receive Your Item
Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will confirm the shipping cost.
After payment, your lost item will be shipped internationally to your address.
