How the Service Works

1. Confirm Your Lost Item
Contact the hotel/center where the item was lost.
When contacting hotel, kindly ask hotel whether "Is this a Sagawa partnership hotel?"
If yes, kindly follow Step 2.
2. Submit an Order
Complete the online request form with your contact details, item information, and overseas delivery address.
A)Hotel Lost Item
Please choose "To Door Pick Up" in the Order Form.
AA)SAGAWA partnership - Hotel Lost Item
Please choose "SAGAWA Service Point" in the Order Form.
**Please write customer's name and not the hotel's name for the "Sender's name" column.
Please type "Hotel Lost Item" on the Part 3. "Luggage Size and Quantity" column.
For example: Laptop, 30x20x3cm (Hotel Lost Item)
B) Train Station Lost Item
Please choose "SAGAWA Service Point" in the Order Form.
Please type "Train Lost Item" on the Part 3. "Luggage Size and Quantity" column.
For example: Laptop, 30x20x3cm (JR Lost Item)
3. Share Your Order Number (XXXX-XXXX)
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number.
Provide the order number and your full name to following:
A) Customer Service
B) Hotel front desk/ Lost Item Center.
4. Declaration Item List
It is sent alongside with order number email.
Please fill it in as it is mandatory for custom checks.
5. Item Sent to Our Warehouse
The hotel/center will pack the item and package will be sent to our warehouse.
Delivery may take around 1-3 days.
Our customer service will send a message once your package has reached the warehouse.
6. Pay & Receive Your Item
Payment details will be sent after item checks.
After payment is confirmed, your package will be shipped in within 1-3 working days.
