To Door Pickup

If you are staying at a hotel with a front desk service during your Japan trip, you can arrange for a door-to-door pickup from the hotel and have your luggage sent back home.

However, if you are staying at a place without front desk service, such as an Airbnb, please use the convenience store drop-off service.

Boxes, suitcases, backpacks, etc., can be sent, but loose paper bags, plastic bags, etc., are not accepted for shipping.
Please pack your items in a box or travel bag before pickup; otherwise,
they will be refused.
The courier will not provide boxes during the pickup, so you need to prepare them beforehand.

Please prepare the hotel address in advance

Please check the Japanese address information of the hotel (hotel) you are staying at.

Don’t worry if you don’t know Japanese; simply enter the name of your hotel in Chinese/English in Google Maps, and you will see its Japanese address. You can long-press to copy it.
