Warehouse Guideline

• Packages stored for more than 2 weeks without payment will incur an additional 10% charge on International Shipping Fee.
   

• Packages stored for more than 3 months without payment will be disposed of without further notice.

Convenience Store Surcharge

A surcharge of USD 10 per item (box) applies for shipments sent via convenience stores.

Regional Surcharge

• Areas outside Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Fukuoka: USD 6.5 per item (box) 

• Okinawa, Hokkaido: USD 13 per item (box) 

• Other remote islands, please check with customer service for confirmation

Reinforced Pacakaging Fee

If you require special reinforcement for your items, please consult customer service in advance. For example, disassembling and individually packaging parts.

Returns & Exchanges

If a shipment is returned, exchanged, or switched to another logistics service due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, plus a handling fee of USD 25  per item. To avoid such issues, please carefully read the User Guide before shipping.

Custom Handling Charge

A USD 20 handling fee will apply for shipments with a total declared value above JPY 200,000, due to additional customs documentation requirements.

Special Dimensions

If you need to ship oversized items such as fishing rods, ski boards, or rice cookers, we will reinforce the packaging as needed. Additional charges may apply. Please consult customer service beforehand.

Declared Value & Insurance

Without declared value protection, the maximum compensation for damages is USD 100. Customers may choose to insure their shipment. Insurance fees vary with exchange rates, with an estimated cost of USD 4 for coverage up to JPY 100,000.
