・Foods, supplements, and alcoholic beverages require a permit or application in advance, so we do not offer shipping.

×Powdered pharmaceutical products (pills, lozenges, medical sachets, powdered drugs, capsules, and pharmaceutical drops) as well as animal-derived whey and serum proteins

Electrical Appliances

・There are restrictions for products containing lithium batteries, regarding the type (lithium ion, lithium metal) and quantity (max. 2 per package).

Leather and brand goods

• A quarantine inspection certificate may be required for leather goods.

Precious stones and metals

・We do not offer shipping for high value items or accessories which include precious metals, etc.

・Personal Goods - Import taxes are levied on shipments whose value of contents exceeds US$50
