Reinforced Pacakaging Fee

If you require special reinforcement for your items, please consult customer service in advance. For example, disassembling and individually packaging parts.

Convenience Store Surcharge

A surcharge of USD 10 per item (box) applies for shipments sent via convenience stores.

Regional Surcharge

  • Areas outside Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya, and Fukuoka: USD 6.5 per item (box) 

  • Okinawa, Hokkaido: USD 13 per item (box) 

  • Other remote islands, please check with customer service for confirmation

Returns & Exchanges

If a shipment is returned, exchanged, or switched to another logistics service due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, plus a handling fee of USD 25  per item. To avoid such issues, please carefully read the User Guide before shipping.

Declared Value & Insurance

Without declared value protection, the maximum compensation for damages is USD 100. Customers may choose to insure their shipment. Insurance fees vary with exchange rates, with an estimated cost of USD 4 for coverage up to JPY 100,000.

A: Yes, depending on the size and safe packaging requirements.

Q: How long does the delivery take to deliver?

A: Around 10-14 business days, also depending on destination country.

Q: Do I need to pack the equipments myself?

A: Ensure that basic packaging is done before pick up. Our warehouse will handle the professional packaging before dispatch.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes?

A: Customs regulations vary by country. Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
