Traveling with ski or snowboard equipment in Japan can be challenging —
heavy gear, unfamiliar delivery systems, and language barriers.
 

Our Gear holding care & Delivery Service is designed to make your trip easier.

Delivery Scheduling & Notice Periods

Ski season

(Nov 15 – Apr 30)

Notice required:

 ! 14 days or more before arrival  !

If 13 days notice before arrival:

Rush handling fee (USD 60) applies. 

** Delivery not guaranteed if notice is lesser than 7 days

off season

(May 01 - Nov 14)

Notice required:

! 21 days or more in advance !

Required due to reduced transport frequency and scheduling availability.

 

How the Service Works

  1. Place your order at least 14 days before and provide your travel dates and delivery destination (hotel, resort, or lodge).

  2. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number for your shipment.

  3. We will send email confirmations when your gear is delivered and when it is returned.

  4. Your equipment is kept under our care in a secure, climate-controlled facility in Niseko.

  5. We deliver your gear one day prior to your arrival, directly to the hotel concierge, reception desk, or designated resort counter.

  6. After your trip, we arrange continued holding of your snow gear based on your preferred duration, or we can forward it to another address within Japan.

  7. You may decide your return address later — simply inform us before the next shipment is arranged.

  • One initial seasonal pickup (1 pick up & drop off  per season: Hokkaido - Kiroro area only)

  • One round‑trip delivery

  • Sending photo updates of stored gear upon request and providing inventory status throughout the year.

Important Notes

  • Additional set of equipment would be charged a fee of USD 298 per year.

  • Memberships auto‑renew annually with a 14‑day payment grace period.

Clothing Handling Fee

However, we do not assume responsibility for any damage to clothing (including mold, odor or deterioration)

! Caution !

  • All payments are non-refundable once service has commenced.

  • If you plan to extend your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Failure to notify may result in a USD 48 rescheduling fee.

  • Unscheduled returns: USD 48 coordination fee.

  • If the shipment name does not match the membership record, a USD 60 handling fee applies.

  • Lending your equipment to a third party within Japan is permitted with prior notice. A handling fee of USD 72 will apply, and the member remains fully responsible for the equipment.

  • If we are unable to reach you after the storage period ends, the items may be disposed of one month after the 14-day payment grace period.
