Rush handling fee (USD 60) applies.

Required due to reduced transport frequency and scheduling availability.
How The Service Works

4. Return Gear
Return gear back to the warehouse after finishing your winter trip.
5. Storage & Care
Your equipment is kept under our care in a secure, climate-controlled facility in Niseko.
3. Receive Gear At Ski Resort
Gear arrives at the ski resort prior to your arrival.
⚠️ Please keep the courier bag cover as it will be used again when sending the gear back to the warehouse.
6. Repeat
Returning again?
We will deliver your gear to your ski resort.

One initial seasonal pickup (1 pick up & drop off per season: Hokkaido - Kiroro area only)

All payments are non-refundable once service has commenced.

If you plan to extend your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Failure to notify may result in a USD 48 rescheduling fee.

Unscheduled returns: USD 48 coordination fee.

If the shipment name does not match the membership record, a USD 60 handling fee applies.

Lending your equipment to a third party within Japan is permitted with prior notice. A handling fee of USD 72 will apply, and the member remains fully responsible for the equipment.

If we are unable to reach you after the storage period ends, the items may be disposed of one month after the 14-day payment grace period.
