2️. Free Delivery – We’ll send a free packaging bag to your hotel front desk (order cutoff: 12 PM daily).
3️. Pack Your Items – After packing, contact customer service to schedule pickup.
4️. We Handle the Rest – Your bag will be sent to our warehouse, repacked into an SF Express standard box, and shipped to you.

📌 Need It Faster? Choose Express Service! If you book less than 3 business days in advance, you can opt for paid express service:

• Tokyo/Osaka/Nagoya/Fukuoka: HKD 40 / TWD 160 per bag

• Other Areas: HKD 80 / TWD 320 per bag
