当您需要将行李寄往新西兰时，请务必查看以下运输方式以及进出口规定。尽管我们已尽力确保信息的准确性，但各个国家和地区的法律法规可能会有所变更。请务必在使用前查阅相关国家的进口规定。

Items that cannot be delivered to New Zealand
食品和饮料（包括酒精饮料）
・We do not accept shipping orders for food products and alcoholic beverages that require application or approval in advance.
・ An import license is required for fruits and vegetables, except those that are dried, canned, salted or bottled.
・ We cannot import beef and beef products.
・ Other meats may be imported only if they are heat-sterilized according to local regulations and stored in a closed container.
・ Customs duties are imposed on alcoholic beverages upon customs clearance regardless of the product price.
Cosmetics
・化学产品（洗涤剂、液体、化妆品等）可能需要安全数据表 (SDS)。

药品和卫生用品
・We do not offer shipping for pharmaceuticals.
电器
・There are restrictions for products containing lithium batteries, regarding the type (lithium ion, lithium metal) and quantity (max. 2 per package).

・An SDS may be required for chemical products (detergents, liquids, cosmetics, etc.)
皮革和品牌商品
• A quarantine inspection certificate may be required for leather goods.
• We do not offer shipping for reptile leather (lizard, snake, alligator, etc.).

・我们不接受宝石、贵金属或含有宝石、贵金属的产品（如饰品等）的运输订单。

・Customs duties are levied on tobacco upon customs clearance regardless of the product price.

Returns & Exchanges
If a shipment is returned, exchanged, or switched to another logistics service due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, plus a handling fee of USD 25 per item. To avoid such issues, please carefully read the User Guide before shipping.
申报价值及保险
如未投保申报价值保险，最高赔偿金额为 100 美元。客户可选择为货物投保。保险费用随汇率波动，保额最高 10 万日元的预计费用为 4 美元。（详情请参阅“申报价值保险”）。
失物找回服务
如果您需要协助从警察局或失物招领中心等地点取回遗失物品，我们可以安排取回服务。但是，由于遗失物品必须由本人或其授权代表领取，不能通过快递寄送，因此我们将收取 130 美元的服务费。（仅限东京和大阪地区）
通过便利店寄送的包裹，每件（盒）需加收 10 美元的附加费。
