Regulations on export to India
When you send your luggage to India, Please check the following transport, and the regulations on import and export. 特殊维度
如果您需要寄送超大件物品，例如鱼竿、滑雪板或电饭煲，我们将根据需要加固包装。可能需要额外收费。请事先咨询客服。
退货与换货
如果因客户自身原因导致货物退回、换货或转至其他物流服务商，客户需承担所有额外费用，外加每件商品25美元的处理费。为避免此类问题，请在发货前仔细阅读用户指南。
申报价值及保险
如未投保申报价值保险，最高赔偿金额为 100 美元。客户可选择为货物投保。保险费用随汇率波动，保额最高 10 万日元的预计费用为 4 美元。（详情请参阅“申报价值保险”）。
失物找回服务
如果您需要协助从警察局或失物招领中心等地点取回遗失物品，我们可以安排取回服务。但是，由于遗失物品必须由本人或其授权代表领取，不能通过快递寄送，因此我们将收取 130 美元的服务费。（仅限东京和大阪地区）
通过便利店寄送的包裹，每件（盒）需加收 10 美元的附加费。
