Step 01
“eBackHome” is a one-stop luggage delivery service designed for international travelers visiting Japan. It offers convenient door-to-door pickup directly from hotels, with delivery all the way back to customers’ homes.
In addition to hotel pickups, we also collaborate with SAGAWA, Japan’s second-largest logistics company, to provide parcel drop-off services at designated service points. This gives guests staying in guesthouses or apartments more flexibility and convenience, making luggage delivery easier and more accessible for travelers from around the world.

肉制品
Any seafood, animal products, eggs, plants, raw or cooked meat, and their derivatives, such as meat paste, minced meat, jerky, instant cup noodles, curry and instant consomme, are prohibited from shipping. This also includes perishable food items that spoil easily at room temperature, as well as dairy products. Meat-based dried foods cannot be shipped either.
Compressed Gas
Compressed gas refers to high-pressure aerosol products such as hairspray, hair treatments, facial mist, deodorants, and liquefied gas cylinders. Please check if your item is a high-pressure aerosol can. Due to aviation safety regulations, these items cannot be shipped to avoid unnecessary losses.
Tobacco & Alcohol Products
All tobacco products, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and vape cartridges, are prohibited.
Alcoholic beverages, such as whiskey, sake, and beer, are not accepted for shipping.
Flammable Gases/Liquids
Products such as mosquito repellent, perfume, alcohol, essential oils, nail polish, paint, gasoline, engine oil, camphor oil, turpentine, thinner, glue, sun block, hair tonic, disposable pocket warmer, fireworks and firecrackers—any liquid that is flammable or can become flammable under certain conditions—cannot be shipped.
Items with a “Fire Hazard” label on the packaging cannot be shipped due to aviation safety regulations. Please check in advance to avoid losses. If necessary, we can assist in shipping via sea freight. Please contact customer service for pricing and details.

Medication
According to Hong Kong law, narcotics, prescription drugs, and therapeutic medicines cannot be imported without a permit.
Common Japanese medicines that cannot be imported into Hong Kong include:

Other similar medications
Exceptions:
Vitamins and general health supplements can be imported.
For Taiwan, cosmetic pharmaceuticals can be imported, but they must not exceed one-third of the total luggage volume per shipment.
Batteries
Any product containing batteries cannot be shipped. Including power banks and portable battery charger.

Regulated knives, such as daggers, industrial blades, switchblades, and single- or multi-edged knives, are prohibited. Ceramic kitchen knives also cannot be shipped.
Weapons & Imitation Weapons
Weapons, replica weapons, ammunition, controlled tools, and explosives are prohibited, including toy guns and toy knives.
Luxury & Valuable Goods
This service does not accept shipments of branded or luxury goods, coins, banknotes, paper money, securities of any kind payable to the bearer, traveler's checks, processed or unprocessed platinum, gold or silver, precious stones and other valuables.
