음식 및 음료(주류 포함)
• 식품, 건강보조식품, 애완동물 사료 및 주류는 사전 신청 및 허가가 필요하며 배송이 불가합니다.
• 피임 용품, 의약품 및 기타 피임 효과가 있다고 여겨지는 기기는 목적지 국가의 보건부 승인을 받아야 합니다.
• 의약품은 목적지 국가의 관련 기관에서 발급한 허가증을 반드시 첨부해야 합니다.

반품 및 교환
If a shipment is returned, exchanged, or switched to another logistics service due to customer error, the customer is responsible for all additional costs, plus a handling fee of USD 25 per item. To avoid such issues, please carefully read the User Guide before shipping.
신고가액 및 보험
신고가액 보험에 가입하지 않을 경우, 최대 손해 배상액은 미화 100달러입니다. 고객은 화물 보험 가입을 선택할 수 있습니다. 보험료는 환율에 따라 변동되며, 최대 10만 엔까지 보상하는 데 약 4달러가 소요됩니다. (자세한 내용은 신고가액 보험을 참조하십시오.)
분실물 회수 서비스
경찰서나 분실물센터 등에서 분실물을 찾는 데 도움이 필요하시면, 저희가 찾아드리는 서비스를 제공해 드립니다. 단, 분실물은 본인 또는 대리인이 직접 수령해야 하며 택배 배송은 불가하므로 미화 130달러의 서비스 요금이 부과됩니다. (도쿄 및 오사카 지역에서만 이용 가능)
편의점을 통해 배송하는 경우 품목(상자)당 10달러의 추가 요금이 부과됩니다.
